A flexi desk usually caps you at four to six visas. If you plan to hire twelve, that decision has to be made now.
Some free zones are noticeably harder to bank from. It is not published anywhere and it is the single most useful thing we know.
Several zones price the first year low and the renewal high. Over three years the ranking often reverses.
If mainland customers are likely within two years, a free zone plus a branch later costs more than starting mainland.
We check it, disclose it, and deduct it from our fee — so it cannot quietly shape the recommendation.
